  1. Heat ghee, add ground linseed, stir constantly 3 min to remove raw taste.
  2. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
  4. Add date paste and salt, stir well.
  5. Simmer 8 min until porridge thickens.
  6. Add cardamom and almonds.
  7. Visual cue: porridge should be smooth, creamy, golden-brown, thick consistency, almonds visible.
