👩🍳 How to make Khichdi
- Rinse rice and dal.
- Heat ghee, add rice and dal, toast 2 min.
- Add milk and salt.
- Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 min until rice and dal are soft and milk is absorbed.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
- Add cardamom, almonds, raisins.
- Cook 2 more min.
- Serve warm.
