- Knead dough, rest 30 min.
- For filling: heat oil, add cumin, onion, cook 1 min.
- Add ground dal, chillies, ginger, salt.
- Cook 5 min, cool.
- Make balls of dough, fill each, seal.
- Fry at 170°C, 4-5 min until golden-brown.
