👩‍🍳 How to make Jalebi

  1. Ferment batter with yogurt, water, spices for 6-8 hours.
  2. Heat mustard oil to 170°C.
  3. Pipe batter into hot oil in spiral shape using squeeze bottle.
  4. Fry 1-2 min per side until golden.
  5. For syrup: dissolve jaggery in water, add cardamom and saffron.
  6. Dip hot jalebi immediately in warm syrup.
  7. Visual cue: jalebi should be golden-red, crispy outside, juicy inside, syrup dripping.
