👩‍🍳 How to make Jaggery Rice

  1. Rinse rice.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin and cloves, cook 20 sec.
  3. Add rice, stir 1.5 min.
  4. Pour water and salt, bring to boil.
  5. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
  6. Cover, reduce heat, cook 13 min.
  7. Rest 5 min covered.
  8. Sprinkle cardamom, fluff.
  9. Visual cue: rice should be tender, golden-tinged, jaggery dissolved evenly.
