- Rinse rice.
- Heat ghee, add cumin and cloves, cook 20 sec.
- Add rice, stir 1.5 min.
- Pour water and salt, bring to boil.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
- Cover, reduce heat, cook 13 min.
- Rest 5 min covered.
- Sprinkle cardamom, fluff.
