👩🍳 How to make Gur ka Barfi
- Heat ghee in pot, add jaggery over low heat, stir until melted and caramelized slightly (10-12 min).
- Add cardamom, peanuts, cashew, almonds, salt.
- Mix well.
- Spread on greased tray, cool 10 min.
- Cut into squares.
- Cool completely.
- Visual cue: barfi should be golden-brown, fudgy yet firm, nuts visible throughout, oil glistening on surface.
