👩‍🍳 How to make Gur ka Barfi

  1. Heat ghee in pot, add jaggery over low heat, stir until melted and caramelized slightly (10-12 min).
  2. Add cardamom, peanuts, cashew, almonds, salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread on greased tray, cool 10 min.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Visual cue: barfi should be golden-brown, fudgy yet firm, nuts visible throughout, oil glistening on surface.
