👩‍🍳 How to make Groundnut Chikki

  1. Heat ghee, add jaggery, stir over medium heat until caramelized and golden (8-10 min).
  2. Add peanuts, cardamom, salt.
  3. Mix quickly but thoroughly.
  4. Pour onto oiled tray, cool 5 min.
  5. Cut with oiled knife into pieces.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Visual cue: chikki should be golden-brown, crispy, peanuts visible, breaks cleanly into pieces.
