👩‍🍳 How to make Gram Flour Paratha

  1. Knead flour with ghee, salt, water.
  2. Rest 10 min.
  3. Heat 10ml ghee, add cumin, chillies, ginger, cook 1 min.
  4. Cool, mix into dough.
  5. Divide into 6 balls, roll to 7-inch disc.
  6. Heat tawa, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  7. Visual cue: paratha should have speckled appearance from gram flour, light brown spots, smell nutty.
