- Knead flour with ghee, salt, water.
- Rest 10 min.
- Heat 10ml ghee, add cumin, chillies, ginger, cook 1 min.
- Cool, mix into dough.
- Divide into 6 balls, roll to 7-inch disc.
- Heat tawa, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
