👩🍳 How to make Ghee Rice
- Rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Heat ghee in heavy-bottomed pot, add cumin, bay leaves, cloves.
- Cook 30 sec until fragrant.
- Add rice, stir for 2 min coating with ghee.
- Add water and salt.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover tightly, cook 15 min without opening lid.
- Turn off heat, let rest 5 min covered.
- Fluff with fork.
