👩‍🍳 How to make Garlic Rice

  1. Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal, cook until crackle.
  2. Add asafoetida, dry chillies, cook 10 sec.
  3. Add garlic, fry over medium heat 2-3 min until golden (do not burn).
  4. Add warm rice, salt, toss gently.
  5. Add coriander.
  6. Visual cue: rice should be flecked with golden garlic, red chillies visible, strong garlic aroma.
