- Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal, cook until crackle.
- Add asafoetida, dry chillies, cook 10 sec.
- Add garlic, fry over medium heat 2-3 min until golden (do not burn).
- Add warm rice, salt, toss gently.
- Add coriander.
