👩🍳 How to make Fish Litti
- Knead dough, rest 20 min.
- For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add flaked fish, warm through (2 min).
- Add salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander, cool.
- Divide dough into 8 balls, stuff, seal, roll into discs.
- Bake at 200°C for 35 min, flipping halfway.
- Serve with chokha.
- Visual cue: litti should be golden; fish filling tender, flaking easily; chokha creamy and chunky.
