👩‍🍳 How to make Fish Litti

  1. Knead dough, rest 20 min.
  2. For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
  3. Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
  4. Add flaked fish, warm through (2 min).
  5. Add salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander, cool.
  6. Divide dough into 8 balls, stuff, seal, roll into discs.
  7. Bake at 200°C for 35 min, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve with chokha.
  9. Visual cue: litti should be golden; fish filling tender, flaking easily; chokha creamy and chunky.
