  1. Knead flour with fenugreek leaves, ghee, salt, water into soft dough.
  2. Rest 10 min.
  3. Divide into 6 balls, roll to 7-inch disc.
  4. Heat tawa to medium-high, place paratha, cook 1.5 min per side until light brown spots appear.
  5. Brush with ghee.
  6. Visual cue: paratha should have golden-brown spots, green flecks of fenugreek visible, be pliable and slightly crispy.
