👩‍🍳 How to make Egg Bhurji Pav

  1. Heat ghee, add onion, fry 2 min until soft.
  2. Add ginger and chilli, cook 30 sec.
  3. Beat eggs lightly, pour into pan.
  4. Scramble over medium heat 4-5 min until eggs are cooked through but slightly moist.
  5. Add salt and coriander.
  6. Serve with buttered, toasted pav.
