👩‍🍳 How to make Dhokla with Chutney

  1. Mix gram flour, yogurt, water, sugar, salt, ginger, chillies, coriander, asafoetida.
  2. Let rest 15 min.
  3. Add lemon juice and fruit salt just before steaming.
  4. Pour into greased tray, steam 15 min.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Heat mustard oil for tempering, add seeds, urad dal, dried chillies, cook until crackle.
  7. Pour over dhokla.
  8. For chutney: grind all ingredients until smooth.
  9. Serve dhokla with chutney.
