👩🍳 How to make Dhokla with Chutney
- Mix gram flour, yogurt, water, sugar, salt, ginger, chillies, coriander, asafoetida.
- Let rest 15 min.
- Add lemon juice and fruit salt just before steaming.
- Pour into greased tray, steam 15 min.
- Cool slightly.
- Heat mustard oil for tempering, add seeds, urad dal, dried chillies, cook until crackle.
- Pour over dhokla.
- For chutney: grind all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve dhokla with chutney.
