👩‍🍳 How to make Cornmeal Porridge

  1. Heat ghee in pot, add cornmeal, stir 2 min over medium heat until lightly toasted.
  2. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low.
  4. Add jaggery and salt, stir well.
  5. Simmer 12 min stirring occasionally until cornmeal cooks through and milk thickens.
  6. Add cardamom and raisins.
  7. Visual cue: porridge should be smooth, thick, creamy, golden color, no lumps.
