👩🍳 How to make Cornmeal Porridge
- Heat ghee in pot, add cornmeal, stir 2 min over medium heat until lightly toasted.
- Add milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat to low.
- Add jaggery and salt, stir well.
- Simmer 12 min stirring occasionally until cornmeal cooks through and milk thickens.
- Add cardamom and raisins.
- Visual cue: porridge should be smooth, thick, creamy, golden color, no lumps.
