  1. Knead dough, rest 10 min.
  2. Heat ghee, add cumin, onion, cook 1.5 min.
  3. Add corn, chilli, ginger, salt, coriander.
  4. Cook 2 min, cool.
  5. Divide dough into 6 balls, fill, seal, roll to 7-inch disc.
  6. Cook 1.5 min per side until light brown.
  7. Visual cue: paratha should have golden color from corn, light brown spots, sweet aroma.
