👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Rice

  1. Heat mustard oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal, cook until crackle.
  2. Add asafoetisa, peanuts, cashew, fry 2 min.
  3. Add ginger, chillies, curry leaves, cook 1 min.
  4. Add coconut, salt, mix well.
  5. Fold into warm rice gently.
  6. Add coriander.
  7. Visual cue: rice should be white with white coconut flecks, nuts golden, subtle coconut aroma.
