  1. Heat ghee, add jaggery, stir over low heat until caramelized (6-8 min).
  2. Add coconut, cardamom, almonds, salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Oil hands, shape into 25g balls.
  6. Cool on tray.
  7. Visual cue: laddoo should be white with golden tint, firm, nuts visible, sweet coconut aroma.
