👩‍🍳 How to make Chilka Roti with Chutney

  1. Grind soaked rice and dal with minimal water until smooth batter.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Heat tawa, spread 60ml batter thinly, fry in mustard oil.
  4. When light brown (1.5 min), flip, cook other side 1.5 min until light brown.
  5. For chutney: grind coriander, chilli, ginger, garlic with 30ml water until smooth paste.
  6. Add lemon, salt, mustard oil.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Serve roti with warm chutney on side.
  9. Visual cue: roti should be thin, light golden, slightly crispy at edges; chutney should be vibrant green.
