👩🍳 How to make Chilka Roti with Chutney
- Grind soaked rice and dal with minimal water until smooth batter.
- Add salt.
- Heat tawa, spread 60ml batter thinly, fry in mustard oil.
- When light brown (1.5 min), flip, cook other side 1.5 min until light brown.
- For chutney: grind coriander, chilli, ginger, garlic with 30ml water until smooth paste.
- Add lemon, salt, mustard oil.
- Mix well.
- Serve roti with warm chutney on side.
- Visual cue: roti should be thin, light golden, slightly crispy at edges; chutney should be vibrant green.
