👩🍳 How to make Chicken Litti Chokha
- Knead dough, rest 20 min.
- For filling: heat mustard oil, add cumin, cook 20 sec.
- Add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
- Add minced chicken, cook 5 min until cooked through.
- Add salt, chilli powder, coriander, cool.
- Divide dough into 8 balls, stuff each with 2 tbsp chicken filling, seal, roll into discs.
- Bake at 200°C for 35 min, flipping halfway.
- For chokha: char vegetables on open flame, peel, mash, toss with onion, chilli, mustard oil, salt, lemon.
- Visual cue: litti should have light golden-brown spots; chokha chunky and textured.
