  1. Beat eggs lightly with salt.
  2. Heat butter, pour eggs.
  3. When bottom sets (1 min), sprinkle cheese on one half.
  4. Add chilli, ginger, coriander.
  5. Fold in half when cheese melts (1-2 min).
  6. Cook 1 more min.
