👩‍🍳 How to make Bhature

  1. Mix flour with yogurt, water, oil, salt, sugar, baking powder.
  2. Rest 2 hours.
  3. Divide into 4 portions, roll into 6-inch discs.
  4. Heat mustard oil to 175°C.
  5. Fry 2-3 min per side until golden and puffed.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serve with chole (chickpea curry).
