👩🍳 How to make Bhature
- Mix flour with yogurt, water, oil, salt, sugar, baking powder.
- Rest 2 hours.
- Divide into 4 portions, roll into 6-inch discs.
- Heat mustard oil to 175°C.
- Fry 2-3 min per side until golden and puffed.
- Drain.
- Serve with chole (chickpea curry).
