👩‍🍳 How to make Batata Poha

  1. Heat mustard oil, add mustard and cumin seeds.
  2. When seeds crackle (20 sec), add ginger and chillies, cook 1 min.
  3. Add diced potato, fry 4 min until edges are crispy and golden.
  4. Rinse poha, add to pan with water and salt, toss continuously 3 min.
  5. Add fried onion and coriander.
  6. Visual cue: potatoes should be crispy at edges with soft centers; poha light and fluffy.
