- Heat ghee, add almond paste, cook over low-medium heat 8-10 min stirring constantly until paste darkens slightly and becomes fragrant.
- Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
- Add cardamom, slivered almonds, salt.
- Cook 2 more min.
- Pour onto greased tray, cool 10 min.
- Cut into pieces.
