👩‍🍳 How to make Badam Halwa

  1. Heat ghee, add almond paste, cook over low-medium heat 8-10 min stirring constantly until paste darkens slightly and becomes fragrant.
  2. Add jaggery, stir until melted and well mixed.
  3. Add cardamom, slivered almonds, salt.
  4. Cook 2 more min.
  5. Pour onto greased tray, cool 10 min.
  6. Cut into pieces.
  7. Visual cue: halwa should be golden-brown, dense, almonds visible as slivers, breaks easily.
