- Heat ghee, add jaggery, stir over low heat until it dissolves and caramelizes slightly (8-10 min).
- Add sesame, cardamom, salt.
- Mix quickly.
- Pour onto greased tray, cool 5 min, cut into pieces with oiled knife.
- Cool completely.
