👩🍳 How to make Arhar Dal Halwa
- Soak and drain dal.
- Heat ghee, add dal, cook 5-6 min until golden.
- Add jaggery, stir until melted.
- Add cardamom, cashew, raisins, salt.
- Cook 8-10 min until very thick and pulls from pan sides.
- Serve warm.
- Visual cue: halwa should be golden-orange, dense, cashews golden and visible, ghee glistening on surface.
