👩‍🍳 How to make Arhar Dal Halwa

  1. Soak and drain dal.
  2. Heat ghee, add dal, cook 5-6 min until golden.
  3. Add jaggery, stir until melted.
  4. Add cardamom, cashew, raisins, salt.
  5. Cook 8-10 min until very thick and pulls from pan sides.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Visual cue: halwa should be golden-orange, dense, cashews golden and visible, ghee glistening on surface.
