👩‍🍳 How to make Amaranth Porridge

  1. Rinse amaranth.
  2. Heat ghee, add amaranth, toast 2 min.
  3. Add milk and salt, bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 15 min until amaranth is tender and milk thickens.
  5. Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
  6. Add cardamom and peanuts, cook 2 more min.
  7. Visual cue: porridge should be creamy, seeds soft, peanuts visible, golden color from jaggery.
