- Rinse amaranth.
- Heat ghee, add amaranth, toast 2 min.
- Add milk and salt, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, simmer 15 min until amaranth is tender and milk thickens.
- Add jaggery, stir until dissolved.
- Add cardamom and peanuts, cook 2 more min.
