👩‍🍳 How to make Zyur Tsot

  1. Mix rice flour, water, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt in bowl until smooth batter
  2. Batter consistency should be pourable like thin crepe batter
  3. Heat ghee in 8-inch non-stick pan on medium heat until shimmering
  4. Add asafoetida to ghee, stir 10 sec (fragrance releases)
  5. Pour batter into center, tilt pan in circular motion to spread thin and even (¼ inch)
  6. Cook 3-4 min without touching until edges turn golden and crisp
  7. Flip carefully, cook other side 2-3 min until light golden
  8. Transfer to plate, cut into triangular pieces
  9. Serve hot with plain yogurt or spicy pickle
  10. Visual cue: Thin, crispy pancake with golden-brown edges, light colour, visible green chilli specks
