👩‍🍳 How to make Kashmiri Ginger Tea

  1. Add water to pan with crushed ginger, whole spices (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom)
  2. Bring to boil, simmer 3 min (ginger infuses, spices flavour the water)
  3. Add tea leaves, simmer 2 min (tea steeps, water turns light brown)
  4. Add milk, stir, heat 1 min without boiling (steam rises)
  5. Add honey, salt
  6. Strain through fine mesh into cups
  7. Serve hot immediately
