👩🍳 How to make Kashmiri Ginger Tea
- Add water to pan with crushed ginger, whole spices (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom)
- Bring to boil, simmer 3 min (ginger infuses, spices flavour the water)
- Add tea leaves, simmer 2 min (tea steeps, water turns light brown)
- Add milk, stir, heat 1 min without boiling (steam rises)
- Add honey, salt
- Strain through fine mesh into cups
- Serve hot immediately
