  1. Heat water in saucepan, add whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
  2. Simmer 2 min, spices release aromatic oils, liquid becomes fragrant
  3. Add tea leaves, saffron threads, simmer 2 min without boiling
  4. Add milk slowly, heat without boiling, 2 min until steam rises
  5. Strain through fine mesh into cups, top with sliced almonds
  6. Drizzle honey, stir gently
