- Heat water in saucepan, add whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
- Simmer 2 min, spices release aromatic oils, liquid becomes fragrant
- Add tea leaves, saffron threads, simmer 2 min without boiling
- Add milk slowly, heat without boiling, 2 min until steam rises
- Strain through fine mesh into cups, top with sliced almonds
- Drizzle honey, stir gently
