👩🍳 How to make Sprouted Gram Curry
- Heat oil (20ml) in heavy kadai over medium heat (160°C).
- Add mustard seeds; crackle 30 sec.
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies; fry 1 min.
- Add ginger; fry 1 min.
- Add chopped onion; sauté 3 min until soft.
- Add sprouted chickpeas; stir well for 2 min.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, salt (5g), sugar; mix thoroughly.
- Cook on medium heat (150°C) for 12-15 min, stirring occasionally.
- Sprouts should become tender, flavors absorbed.
- Add lemon juice; stir well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot. Should be tender, nutritious, aromatic.
