👩🍳 How to make Jowar Flatbread Curry
- For rotis: Mix jowar flour with salt (4g), water, and 1 tsp oil to form soft dough.
- Divide into 4 portions; flatten between plastic sheets into thin rounds.
- Heat griddle to medium-high heat (180°C); cook each roti 2-3 min per side until golden.
- For curry: Cut vegetables into 1.5cm cubes.
- Heat oil (20ml) in kadai over medium heat (160°C).
- Add mustard and cumin seeds; crackle 30 sec.
- Add green chillies, ginger; fry 1 min.
- Add vegetable cubes; stir for 2 min.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, salt (4g), sugar; cover and cook 12-15 min.
- Vegetables should be tender, flavors combined.
- Serve jowar rotis with hot vegetable curry.
