👩🍳 How to make Green Bean and Peanut
- Chop flat beans into 3cm pieces.
- Heat oil (20ml) in heavy kadai over medium heat (160°C).
- Add mustard seeds; crackle 30 sec.
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies; fry 1 min.
- Add ginger; fry 1 min.
- Add chopped flat beans; stir well for 2 min.
- Add crushed peanuts; mix thoroughly.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, salt (5g), sugar; stir well.
- Cover kadai; cook on medium heat (150°C) for 18-20 min, stirring every 5 min.
- Beans should be tender, peanuts integrated into dish.
- Add lemon juice; stir well.
- Serve hot. Should have nutty flavor, tender beans.
