👩‍🍳 How to make Green Bean and Peanut

  1. Chop flat beans into 3cm pieces.
  2. Heat oil (20ml) in heavy kadai over medium heat (160°C).
  3. Add mustard seeds; crackle 30 sec.
  4. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies; fry 1 min.
  5. Add ginger; fry 1 min.
  6. Add chopped flat beans; stir well for 2 min.
  7. Add crushed peanuts; mix thoroughly.
  8. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, salt (5g), sugar; stir well.
  9. Cover kadai; cook on medium heat (150°C) for 18-20 min, stirring every 5 min.
  10. Beans should be tender, peanuts integrated into dish.
  11. Add lemon juice; stir well.
  12. Serve hot. Should have nutty flavor, tender beans.
