👩‍🍳 How to make Dhebra

  1. Mix wheat flour, semolina, chopped methi, ginger, green chillies in large bowl.
  2. Add turmeric, red chilli, ajwain, sesame seeds, salt, sugar; mix well.
  3. Add 20ml oil gradually while mixing.
  4. Add water slowly; knead into soft, sticky dough.
  5. Heat griddle (tawa) over medium heat (160°C).
  6. Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
  7. Wet hands; place portion on griddle. Flatten and shape into 4-inch disc, ½-inch thick.
  8. Cook 3-4 min until bottom is golden and crispy.
  9. Drizzle 2ml oil around edges; flip carefully.
  10. Cook other side 3-4 min until golden and crispy.
  11. Flip again; apply 1ml oil on cooked side; cook 1 min more.
  12. Remove when golden brown, crispy, cooked through.
  13. Serve hot with yogurt and chutney. Should be crispy outside, soft inside.
