👩🍳 How to make Dhebra
- Mix wheat flour, semolina, chopped methi, ginger, green chillies in large bowl.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, ajwain, sesame seeds, salt, sugar; mix well.
- Add 20ml oil gradually while mixing.
- Add water slowly; knead into soft, sticky dough.
- Heat griddle (tawa) over medium heat (160°C).
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
- Wet hands; place portion on griddle. Flatten and shape into 4-inch disc, ½-inch thick.
- Cook 3-4 min until bottom is golden and crispy.
- Drizzle 2ml oil around edges; flip carefully.
- Cook other side 3-4 min until golden and crispy.
- Flip again; apply 1ml oil on cooked side; cook 1 min more.
- Remove when golden brown, crispy, cooked through.
- Serve hot with yogurt and chutney. Should be crispy outside, soft inside.
