👩‍🍳 How to make Cauliflower Curry

  1. Wash cauliflower; cut into small florets (3cm size).
  2. Heat oil (20ml) in large kadai over medium-high heat (180°C).
  3. Add cauliflower florets; stir-fry for 3-4 min until golden.
  4. Reduce heat to medium (160°C).
  5. Add mustard seeds; crackle 30 sec.
  6. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies; fry 1 min.
  7. Add ginger; fry 1 min.
  8. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, salt (5g), sugar; stir well.
  9. Cover kadai; cook on medium heat (150°C) for 12-15 min, stirring occasionally.
  10. Cauliflower should become tender, edges golden and crispy.
  11. Sprinkle sesame seeds; add lemon juice.
  12. Serve hot. Should have crispy florets, tender stems.
