👩🍳 How to make Cauliflower Curry
- Wash cauliflower; cut into small florets (3cm size).
- Heat oil (20ml) in large kadai over medium-high heat (180°C).
- Add cauliflower florets; stir-fry for 3-4 min until golden.
- Reduce heat to medium (160°C).
- Add mustard seeds; crackle 30 sec.
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies; fry 1 min.
- Add ginger; fry 1 min.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, salt (5g), sugar; stir well.
- Cover kadai; cook on medium heat (150°C) for 12-15 min, stirring occasionally.
- Cauliflower should become tender, edges golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds; add lemon juice.
- Serve hot. Should have crispy florets, tender stems.
