  1. Dry roast wheat (3 mins, medium heat): Toast broken wheat in dry pan until aromatic and faintly golden.
  2. Add coconut milk (5 mins, low heat): Stir in coconut milk and salt. Simmer gently 5 mins without boiling hard.
  3. Sweeten (optional): Stir in crumbled jaggery for sweet version. Serve with coconut oil drizzled on top.
