  1. Reheat sorpotel (15 mins, low-medium heat): Transfer sorpotel to heavy pan. Heat slowly on low-medium, stirring gently every few minutes. Add 2 tbsp water if needed to loosen. Sorpotel should be dark, thick, glossy, and fragrant — the oil should separate slightly on top.
  2. Steam sannas (10 mins, high heat): Steam sannas fresh or re-steam leftover sannas for 8 mins until fully heated through and fluffy.
  3. Serve: Place 2 hot sannas on plate, ladle generous portion of sorpotel alongside. Garnish with coriander. Serve with lemon wedge.
