  1. Make slurry: Mix ragi flour with 1 cup water until smooth. No lumps.
  2. Boil water (3 mins, high heat): Bring remaining 2 cups water to boil in heavy pan.
  3. Sweeten (2 mins, low heat): Add coconut milk, jaggery, cardamom. Stir until jaggery melts. Serve hot.
