  1. Make thin batter (5 mins, no heat): Combine rava, rice flour, maida, onion, green chilli, cumin, coriander, and salt. Add water to make very thin, almost watery batter. Rest 15 mins.
  2. Heat tawa (3 mins, high heat): Get tawa very hot — hotter than regular dosa.
  3. Pour dosa (2–3 mins each, medium-high heat): Pour batter from the rim of tawa inward in thin stream — it will create naturally lacy pattern. Drizzle coconut oil around edges. Cook until golden and crisp — do not flip.
