👩🍳 How to make Goan Seafood Curry
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in large wide pan over medium flame
- Add cumin seeds, pop (15-20 seconds)
- Sauté onions 5-6 min until golden
- Add ginger, garlic, cook 1-2 min
- Add tomatoes, cook 3-4 min until soft
- Sprinkle all spice powders, stir well, cook 2 min
- Pour water, bring to simmer (3 min)
- Add curry leaves, green chillies, salt
- Add fish cubes first, cook 4-5 min (fish cooks slower)
- Add squid rings, cook 3-4 min (watch for softening)
- Add prawns, cook 3-4 min until they turn pink (watch: don't overcook)
- Slowly pour coconut milk while stirring gently (3-4 min)
- Simmer 5-8 min until sauce thickens and coats seafood
- Squeeze lemon juice, adjust salt
- Sprinkle cilantro
