  1. Make batter (3 mins, no heat): Whisk flour, egg, coconut milk, salt, and sugar to smooth, thin crepe batter. Rest 10 mins.
  2. Make filling (3 mins, low heat): Combine coconut, jaggery, and cardamom in pan. Stir on low heat until jaggery melts and mixture is moist but not wet.
  3. Fill and roll: Place 2 tbsp coconut filling in line across crepe. Roll into cylinder.
