👩🍳 How to make Goan Aloo Paratha
- Make filling (5 mins, no heat): Mix mashed potatoes, green chillies, cumin, chilli powder, coriander, and salt.
- Make dough (8 mins, no heat): Knead wheat flour with water and pinch of salt into soft dough. Rest 15 mins.
- Stuff and roll (10 mins, no heat): Divide dough and filling into 8 portions. Flatten dough disc, place filling ball, enclose. Roll gently into 6-inch round.
- Serve: With yoghurt, butter, and pickle.
