  1. Slice bebinca (2 mins, no heat): Cut bebinca into ½-inch thick slices — each slice should show the beautiful golden-brown alternating layers.
  2. Warm in pan (3 mins, low-medium heat): Melt butter in non-stick pan. Place bebinca slices. Warm on each side 1–2 mins until fragrant — layers caramelise slightly at edges and interior becomes warm and custardy again.
  3. Serve: Plate warm slices with hot tea or coffee alongside.
