  1. Mix whole wheat flour, rice flour, urad powder, salt, turmeric, green chillies, ginger.
  2. Add water to form thin batter.
  3. Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min (200°C).
  5. Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
  6. Color brown-gold, texture crispy, aroma wheaty.
