- Heat oil to 160°C; add mustard seeds, urad dal (40 sec).
- Add green chillies; sauté 20 sec.
- Add onions, potatoes; fry 1 min.
- Add carrots, peas; fry 1 min.
- Add turmeric, salt, poha; toss gently (1 min, 160°C).
- Add peanuts, lemon juice; mix well.
- Color pale gold with vegetables, texture light and fluffy, aroma tangy-spiced.
