  1. Mix rice flour, urad powder, salt, ginger, green chillies.
  2. Add water to form thin batter.
  3. Fold in onions, carrots, peas.
  4. Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
  5. Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges brown (200°C).
  6. Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
  7. Color pale golden with vegetable bits, texture crispy, aroma fresh-spiced.
