- Mix rice flour, urad powder, salt, ginger, green chillies.
- Add water to form thin batter.
- Fold in onions, carrots, peas.
- Heat tawa to 200°C; grease with oil.
- Pour batter, spread thin; cook 3 min until edges brown (200°C).
- Flip; cook 2 min until golden.
