- Mix mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, ginger-garlic, green chillies, salt, coriander.
- Shape into 8 patties (3.5cm length, 2cm thick).
- Beat egg; dip each patty in egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil to 170°C; fry cutlets until golden (1.5 min per side, 170°C).
- Drain on paper.
- Color golden-brown, texture crispy outside, soft inside, aroma spiced.
