  1. Knead flour, salt, oil, water (5 min); rest 10 min.
  2. Mix sesame seeds, cumin seeds, salt on shallow plate.
  3. Divide dough into 4 balls; flatten to 2mm.
  4. Press one side firmly onto sesame mixture; coat well.
  5. Deep-fry at 180°C (sesame side down first) until golden (1.5 min per side).
  6. Color bronze-gold with sesame visible, texture crispy, aroma nutty.
