  1. Mix all flours, salt, turmeric.
  2. Add water to form thick batter.
  3. Fold in fish, onions, green chillies.
  4. Heat tawa to 190°C; pour oil.
  5. Spread batter thick (1cm), cook 4 min until bottom golden.
  6. Flip; cook 3 min until cooked through.
  7. Color brown-gold, texture thick and spongy, fish visible.
