  2. Add water to form thick batter.
  3. Fold in onions, green chillies, ginger.
  4. Heat tawa to 190°C; pour oil.
  5. Spread batter thick (1cm); cook 4 min until bottom golden (190°C).
  6. Flip; cook 3 min until cooked.
